As used in this act: "Aid to families with dependent children" means the program established pursuant to P.L. 1959, c. 86 (C. 44:10-1 et seq.); "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services; "Recipient of aid to families with dependent children" means a parent or relative with whom a dependent child is living who is receiving benefits under the program of aid to families with dependent children. L. 1987, c. 282, s. 3; per s.11 as amended by s.15 of 1991, c.523, expired July 1, 1995.
