§ 44:10-103 — Report to Governor, Legislature.

9.The Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development shall issue a report no later than six months following the effective date of P.L.2013, c.45 (C.44:10-95 et seq.), and annually thereafter no later than September 30 of each year, to the Governor and, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), to the Legislature summarizing the participants, activities, and outcomes of the project. The initial report under this section shall include, but not be limited to, a summary of the request for proposals issued pursuant to section 4 of P.L.2013, c.45 (C.44:10-98). Subsequent reports under this section shall include, but not be limited to, the identities of the partnering providers selected pursuant to section 4 of P.L.2013, c.45 (C.44:10-98) and a summary of project participant dem
