2.As used in this act: "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Human Services. "Department" means the Department of Human Services. "Federal food stamp program" means the federal food stamp program authorized by Title XIII of the "Food and Agriculture Act of 1977," Pub.L.95-113 (7 U.S.C.s.2011 et seq.). "Program" means the New Jersey Supplementary Food Stamp Program established pursuant to this act. L.1998,c.32,s.2.
