§ 43:8B-3 — Budget provisions for payment
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
The payment of pensions granted pursuant to this act shall be provided for in the budget of the employer. L.1955, c. 263, p. 981, s. 3.
