Text

Not more than 1 year shall be credited for all service in a calendar year. In computing years of service, any service for which the member did not receive an annual salary or compensation of at least $500.00 shall be disregarded. Only service as a public employee of New Jersey shall be considered. L.1973, c. 140, s. 6, eff. May 22, 1973.
