§ 43:6A-15 — Veterans; ineligibility for retirement benefits as public employee

New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION

No public employee veteran eligible for membership in the retirement system established by this act shall be eligible for, or receive, retirement benefits under R.S. 43:4-1, 43:4-2 and 43:4-3. L.1973, c. 140, s. 15, eff. May 22, 1973.
