Text
There is hereby established the "Judicial Retirement System of New Jersey" in the Division of Pensions of the Department of the Treasury. It shall have the powers and privileges of a corporation. Its purpose is to provide pensions and other benefits for its members and their beneficiaries in accordance with the provisions of this act. L.1973, c. 140, s. 4, eff. May 22, 1973.
