If, in any year, the State does not appropriate the amount required under section 4 of P.L.1958, c. 143 (C. 43:3B-4), no adjustments in benefits may be paid under any other law of New Jersey in the subsequent calendar year to retirants or beneficiaries of active or retired members of any retirement system or program which is not administered by the Division of Pensions of the State of New Jersey. L.1971, c. 139, s. 10, eff. May 12, 1971. Amended by L.1975, c. 375, s. 6, eff. March 3, 1976.
