§ 43:3B-10 — Increase in expenditures required by act; mandated costs not subject to expenditure limitations

New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION

Notwithstanding the provisions of P.L.1976, c. 68 (C. 40A:4-45.1 et seq.) or rules and regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, any increase in expenditure required as a result of this act shall be deemed mandated costs and shall not be subject to the expenditure limitations imposed pursuant to P.L.1976, c.
