§ 43:15B-9 — Transfer of credit from plan to similar plan of participant's new employer
New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
Any participant who changes jobs may transfer his credit from the plan pursuant to authorizing provisions which may be contained in the plan, provided the similar plan of the participant's new employer permits such a transfer. L.1977, c. 381, s. 9, eff. Feb. 8, 1978.
