§ 43:15B-4 — Plan to be in addition to obligation under any other retirement system or benefit plan

New Jersey·Title 43 PENSIONS AND RETIREMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION

Any deferred compensation plan shall be in addition to the obligation of the employee under any other retirement system or benefit plan established pursuant to any other law of this State. L.1977, c. 381, s. 4, eff. Feb. 8, 1978.
