§ 42:4-9 — Procedure on dissolution and winding up
New Jersey·Title 42 PARTNERSHIPS AND PARTNERSHIP ASSOCIATIONS
The proceedings upon the dissolution and winding up of a partnership shall be as near as may be similar to those provided for the winding up of corporations under Title 14, Corporations, General. Amended by L.1953, c. 40, p. 766, s. 28, eff. March 19, 1953.
