Text

The court may, either before or after a judgment of dissolution, make an order directing creditors to file their claims within such reasonable time as the court shall, by special order, prescribe and may make an order barring creditors. Amended by L.1953, c. 40, p. 766, s. 27, eff. March 19, 1953.
