§ 40A:62-4 — General Powers.
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Every town, governed by the town form of government pursuant to this act, shall, subject to the provisions of this act or other general law, have full power to exercise all powers of local government in such manner as council may determine. (Source: P.L.1950, c.210, ss.2-4.) L. 1988, c.7, s.1.
