§ 40A:27-21 — Continuation of county and municipal obligations

New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES

Any debt, liability or obligation incurred by any county or municipality pursuant to any section of law which is repealed pursuant to this act shall not in any manner be diminished by the provisions of this act. L. 1987, c. 179, s. 1.
