Text
The commissioners shall, forthwith after their appointment, organize for the ensuing year by election from their membership of a chairman, who shall serve for the year. L.1979, c. 230, s. 1, eff. Oct. 15, 1979. Amended by L.1982, c. 25, s. 2, eff. April 29, 1982.
