§ 40A:10-14 — Annual appropriation to fund
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The governing body of a local unit may annually appropriate to the fund such money as it may determine to be necessary for the purpose set forth in the preceding section. L.1979, c. 230, s. 1, eff. Oct. 15, 1979.
