Text
In any local unit in which sinking fund commissioners have been appointed, the management and investment of the insurance fund may be entrusted to them in lieu of the appointment of insurance fund commissioners, and they shall have the same powers and authority as if appointed for that purpose. L.1979, c. 230, s. 1, eff. Oct. 15, 1979.
