§ 40A:10-28 — Eligibility
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
A member of any incorporated volunteer first aid, emergency, rescue or ambulance squad shall not be ineligible to receive any of the benefits under N.J.S. 40A:10-26 and 40A:10-27 because he may otherwise receive any form of compensation or salary from the municipality. L.1979, c. 230, s. 1, eff. Oct. 15, 1979.
