§ 40A:10-22 — Continuance of coverage after retirement
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The continuance of coverage after retirement of any employee may be provided at rates and under the conditions as shall be prescribed in the contract subject, however, to the requirements set forth in N.J.S. 40A:10-23. The contribution required of any retired employee toward the cost of coverage may be paid by him to his former employer or in such manner as the employer shall direct. L.1979, c. 230, s. 1, eff. Oct. 15, 1979.
