§ 40A:1-4 — Revision of common law
New Jersey·Title 40A MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The said repeal of said sections of Title 40 of the Revised Statutes, as amended and supplemented, shall not of itself be deemed to revive any common law, right or remedy abolished by any provision of the said Title. L.1960, c. 169, s. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1962.
