The term of office of any present member of any such water commission representing a municipality operating under the municipal manager form of government law who was appointed in a manner other than as provided by this act shall immediately cease and determine and a vacancy in the membership of the water commission shall thereupon exist. L.1966, c. 296, s. 2, eff. Dec. 5, 1966.
