In any municipality operating under the municipal manager form of government law which has established or shall establish jointly with one or more other municipalities a water commission pursuant to the provisions of section 40:62-129 of the Revised Statutes, the municipal council shall appoint the member or members of the water commission to which the municipality is entitled. L.1966, c. 296, s. 1, eff. Dec. 5, 1966. Amended by L.1967, c. 286, s. 9, eff. Jan. 23, 1968.
