§ 40:73-4 — Certain acts forbidden; penalties
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
For the violation of the provisions of section 40:73-2 or section 40:73-3 of this title the offender shall be punished as now or may be hereafter provided by law or ordinance.
