§ 40:69A-88 — Powers of municipality vested in council; exceptions
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
All powers of the municipality and the determination of all matters of policy shall be vested in the municipal council, except as otherwise provided by this act or by general law. L.1950, c. 210, p. 487, s. 9-8, eff. June 8, 1950.
