§ 40:69A-117 — Composition of council

The council shall consist of the mayor and two council members, unless pursuant to the authority granted under section 1-13 or 1-19 of article 1 of this act, or unless provided by amendment of the charter pursuant to section 7 of this amendatory act, the municipality shall be governed by a mayor and four or six council members.
