Text
Each municipality under this article shall be governed by an elected council and by an appointed municipal manager, and by such other officers and employees as may be duly appointed pursuant to this article, general law or ordinance. L.1950, c. 210, p. 485, s. 9-2, eff. June 8, 1950.
