Text
The director shall prescribe, in writing, the power and duties of the assistant business administrator so appointed and the acts of such assistant business administrator, within the scope of his authority, shall in all cases be as legal and binding as if done by the director for whom he is acting. L.1965, c. 35, s. 2, eff. May 5, 1965.
