The mayor shall prescribe, in writing, the powers and duties of the deputy or deputies, personal secretary, executive secretary, and aides to the mayor. L.1963, c. 69, s. 2, eff. May 28, 1963. Amended by L.1970, c. 168, s. 2, eff. July 31, 1970.
