§ 40:69A-152 — Terms of municipal officers
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Every municipal officer elected under any of the plans provided in this act shall serve for the term of office specified in the plan and until his successor is elected and qualified. L.1950, c. 210, p. 503, s. 17-3, eff. June 8, 1950.
