§ 40:68A-58 — Contracts for use or lease of port system
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Any municipal port authority and any person, may enter into a contract or contracts provided for or relating to the use or lease of all or any part of the port system of the municipal port authority and the cost and expense of such use. Any such contract may provide for the payment to the municipal port authority annually or otherwise of such sum or sums of money for such use, computed at fixed amounts or by a formula or in any other manner. Any such contract may be made with or without consideration and for a specified or an unlimited time and on any terms and conditions which may be approved and agreed to by the municipal port authority in conformity with its contracts with the holders of any bonds.
