Text
Each county, municipality and other public body shall promptly pay to any port authority all service charges for any use of its port facilities, and shall provide for the payment thereof in the same manner as other obligations of such county, municipality or public body. L.1948, c. 349, p. 1398, s. 20, eff. Sept. 1, 1948.
