§ 40:68A-56 — Sale, lease, loan, grant or conveyance to municipal port authority

New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Any municipality, by ordinance of its governing body, or any other person is hereby empowered, without any referendum or public or competitive bidding to sell, lease, lend, grant or convey to a municipal port authority, or to permit a municipal port authority to use, maintain or operate as part of the port system, any real or personal property owned by it which may be necessary or useful and convenient for the purposes of the municipal port authority and accepted by the municipal port authority.
