Text
Every municipal port authority is hereby authorized to fix, charge and collect rents, rates, fees or other charges (in this act sometimes referred to as "facility charges" ) in connection with, or for the use, or services of, the port system, and for all services sold, furnished or supplied directly or indirectly through the port system. L.1960, c. 192, p. 816, s. 13, eff. Feb. 15, 1961.
