Text
A member of a municipal port authority may be removed by the governing body of the municipality for incapacity, inefficiency or neglect of duty or misconduct in office or other disqualifying cause and after he shall have been given a copy of the charges against him and afforded a hearing, in person or by counsel, but not sooner than 10 days after receiving a copy of such charges. L.1960, c. 192, p. 813, s. 9, eff. Feb. 15, 1961.
