Text
After the passage of such ordinance authorizing in general terms the making of such improvement and the expenditure of a sum equal to the estimated cost thereof, all proceedings to fix the form, terms, cost, manner, and materials to be used and details of the improvement, providing for the taking over of the road to be improved as a county road, and form and details of the contract may be by resolution. All work on the improvement shall be carried on under the supervision of the board of chosen freeholders.
