Text
In fixing the compensation for any property taken in pursuance of section 40:67-12.1, the value of such property shall be fixed as of the date of the entry thereon by the municipality and the owner shall be entitled to interest upon the value of such property from the date of such entry to the date of payment of such compensation to the owner or into the court. Amended by L.1953, c. 37, p. 729, s. 234, eff. March 19, 1953.
