Text
In any municipality governed under this act, no person holding a key position in such municipality shall hereafter acquire any protected tenure of office provided by general law unless and until he shall have obtained a certificate of qualification as herein provided. L.1950, c. 211, p. 525, s. 4, eff. June 8, 1950.
