§ 40:46-40 — Adoption of act
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Any municipality may, by referendum as hereinafter provided, adopt the provisions of this act and be governed thereby. L.1950, c. 211, p. 524, s. 2, eff. June 8, 1950.
