§ 40:33B-6 — Appeal
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
Any designation effectuated or regulation promulgated pursuant to this act shall be subject to an appeal thereof to the governing body of the county by the owner of the property involved. L. 1987, c. 255, s. 6.
