New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The Legislature finds and declares that this generation is obligated to future generations to maintain our historical and cultural heritage by preserving historic buildings which exemplify that heritage. L. 1987, c. 255, s. 2.
