Text
At the time and place so stated in such publication, or at any other time and place to which the meeting for the further consideration of the resolution shall from time to time be adjourned, all persons interested shall be given an opportunity to be heard concerning the resolution. Final passage thereof shall be at least ten days after the first reading. L.1947, c. 302, p. 1018, s. 5.
