§ 40:20-16 — Notice of election
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The county clerk and the various municipal clerks shall give notice of the election by posting and publishing notice thereof in the manner required for posting and publishing notices of general elections. Amended by L.1948, c. 5, p. 51, s. 1, eff. April 5, 1948.
