T.McMichael, surveyor, November, 1938, on the north side of Lakeside drive as shown on a map entitled Revised Map of Lakeside Heights, now known as Lake Lefferts Estates, situated part in Matawan borough, Monmouth county, and part in Madison township, Middlesex county, N.J., made January, 1936, by Richard Heuser, C. E., resurveyed and redrawn by A.
T.McMichael, civil engr. & surveyor, P.
