Text

The following acts creating counties, and establishing or otherwise affecting the boundaries thereof are hereby saved from repeal: 1. Rev.1877, pp. 198, 199, s.s. 1 to 9 (C.S. pp. 1676 to 1678, s.s. 1 to 9), entitled "An act for dividing and ascertaining the boundaries of all the counties in this province," passed January twenty-first, one thousand seven hundred and nine.

2.Rev.1877, p. 200, s. 16 (C.S. p. 1680, s. 18), entitled "An act for erecting the upper parts of the western division of New Jersey into a county," passed March eleventh, one thousand seven hundred and thirteen.
