In the event that prior to the creation of a municipal authority of a county the governing body of any municipality located in said county shall have created or joined in the creation of a municipal authority or a sewerage authority, the area within the territorial limits of such municipality shall not be part of the district of the municipal authority of said county. L.1957, c. 183, p. 643, s. 10, eff. Aug. 22, 1957.
