§ 40:14B-1 — Citation
New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
This act shall be known and may be cited as the "municipal and county utilities authorities law." L.1957, c. 183, p. 634, s. 1, eff. Aug. 22, 1957. Amended by L.1977, c. 384, s. 2, eff. Feb. 10, 1978.
