Text

The pension shall be paid as follows: a. If there are a dependent widow and dependent children of the deceased member, the pension shall be paid to such widow for the use of herself and such children.

b.If there are dependent children but no widow the pension shall be paid in equal shares to those dependent children who have not reached 18 years of age. If there are 2 or more such children, the pension shall not exceed the sum of $50.00 per month for each child, and if there is only 1 such child, the sum of $75.00 per month.
c.If a dependent widow remarries, no part of the pension shall be paid for her use, but the pension may be paid as if the deceased member had died leaving him surviving a dependent child or children under 18 years of age and no dependent widow. No pension shall be pa
