§ 40:69A-39 — Executive power

New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The executive power of the municipality shall be exercised by the mayor, subject to the procedures set forth in this plan of government. L. 1950, c. 210, p. 474, s. 3-9, eff. June 8, 1950. Amended by L. 1985, c. 374, s. 4, eff. Nov. 26, 1985.
