§ 40:69A-33 — Mayor; election; term

New Jersey·Title 40 MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
The mayor shall be elected by the voters of the municipality, and shall serve for a term of 4 years. L.1950, c. 210, p. 473, s. 3-3, eff. June 8, 1950. Amended by L.1981, c. 465, s. 14, eff. Jan. 9, 1982.
